The Sales Recruiting side of the team is a wacky bunch that has grown Box sales from 40 to 350 in under three years. We are a well‐oiled engine, skilled at hiring incredible people at scale and we are now looking to add an experienced, full‐cycle Sales Recruiter to play a key role in the continued growth of our team and the organization we support. If you are critical, scrappy, excellent at selling a story, making interviewing fun and effective, managing multiple job requisitions from start to close, and thriving when working at a pace that would make most people's heads spin, then this could be the job for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Full‐cycle recruitment (researching, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple job requisitions/orders, for as many (if not more) hiring managers
    • Work closely with hiring mangers to deeply understand the roles, write captivating job descriptions and build a clear, concise pitch for candidates
    • Brainstorm with the hiring manager to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search; then research, e‐mail, call and interview candidates you identify
    • Manage candidates through the entire recruiting process: pitching them on Box, understanding their needs, qualifying their competency and culture fit, supervising the interview process, and CLOSING!
    • Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles quickly
    • Collaborate with the entire Box recruiting team to help make Box one of the top hiring organizations of all time
    • Show passion for constantly improving your craft

EXPERIENCE WE WANT TO SEE

    • Extensive experience sourcing on LinkedIn and other talent‐rich portals
    • Examples where you created innovative interview processes
    • An active network of potential candidates to reach out to when you begin
    • The numbers to prove you have successfully recruited 100's of candidates
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Highly‐poised with ability to effectively network and interface with all levels of management and leadership
    • Top‐notch organization skills and ability to effectively multitask

    • 4‐Year University Degree
    • 2+ years start‐up experience
    • 2+ years hiring for software (SaaS) sales positions
    • Up to date profile and membership in relevant groups (cloud, SaaS, software, web2.0, sales, tech) on LinkedIn
    • Ability to run pipeline reports, and know what the numbers mean
    • Passion for cloud technologies , specifically for Box
    • A hit‐the‐ground‐running plan for launching an aggressive hiring campaign
    • Writing samples of compelling job descriptions, and emails sent to potential candidates, as created by you
    • Demonstrate that you are an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, strategic‐thinking‐yet‐roll‐up‐the‐sleeves‐and‐get‐dirty kind of person who likes to laugh and have fun!
