Box is looking for a Sales Engineer with 2-5 years of proven success to support the growing Corporate Sales Team. You possess exceptional knowledge of the cloud content management space and SAAS ecosystem, exemplary presentation skills and strong team values. You will be pulled into demos, discussions and various use-case scenarios, assisting reps on various types of technical and implementation conversations. As a Sales Engineer, you understand the product in every aspect, and are capable of communicating the business value of those details to potential prospects and existing clients. Responsibilities

    • Partner with sales reps by leading the technical sale process for customers including discovery, demonstrations, pilot management, training, due diligence, and security discussions
    • Join technically-oriented calls and conversations with prospects and clients, evangelize Box
    • Collect, spec, and manage product and engineering requests from Sales TeamAssist with and advise on integration implementations, including Salesforce, Google Marketplace, and custom client integrations Rapidly learn Cloud Content Management, Enterprise 2.0 and the Box model
    • Ability to effectively develop a new hire sales/client services product training process and standardize the Box product demo approachEnsure 100% satisfaction with all customers
    • Spearhead RFP and Security Questionnaire completion
    • Prioritize opportunities and applying appropriate resources

Qualifications

    • 4-year technical degree required
    • Obvious passion and people skills
    • 1-3 years of sales engineering experience, ideally with a SaaS and/or ECM experience
    • Consistent over-achievement in past experiences
    • Technically adept, experienced with web technologies
