About the job

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and awesome Game Designer to join our team at Wooga. You would join a team working on one of the new mobile titles which is a “casual shooter” game…. Sounds awesome, right?

We are looking for a trailblazer in KPI-Driven Feature Development, this means someone who can:

• Go from ideas to detailed concepts, test them with users and decide on their implementation.
• Create wireframe screens, mockups and user flows for new product features and content.
• Analyze game data and KPIs, turn it into actionable advice and implement changes or new features.

 

And you’ll also need to:

 

• Eat, sleep and breathe game economies and be fully capable of understanding, maintaining and improving our entire economy.
• Have a successful track record as a Game Designer on previous projects.
• Demonstrate a zen like ability to navigate their way around excel.
• Possess a good technical background, you should thoroughly understand all of the components that make a game work, so if something breaks you know where to look first.

 

Here are some ‘nice to haves’

 

• Live game experience.
• Unity experience.
• UI/UX experience and a history of successful collaborations with designers, artists and developers.
• Experience or in depth knowledge of crafting and droppable mechanics with rarity materials
