About the job

The search for “The Missing Link” is on! We are not so interested in fossils, though. We’re looking for you – the link between players and Wooga. As Player Experience/ Customer Care pro you would be responsible for all of our Player Experience operations, which includes:

  • Managing a talented team of Player Experience and Bug Managers to cover all Wooga games.
  • World-class customer care for our dedicated players.
  • CRM tools & Admin tools: Working together with members of the game teams and customer care to ensure that we have the best tools for support.
  • Managing external partners: overseeing the communication with external partners on special projects.
  • Bug reporting: Monitoring customer feedback to notice potential bugs quickly
  • Giving feedback and feature suggestions to the game teams.
  • Making decisions as to which support channels we should cover in order to offer the right support for the right genres.
  • Reporting: Following customer care KPIs and analyzing numbers.
  • Maintaining a close relationship with the localization and community management teams.

Who we are looking for

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience leading customer care teams in the game or start-up industry (game industry preferable).
  • You have a degree in economics, business, or other relevant subject.
  • You possess strong organizational skills and work in a structured manner.
  • You enjoy giving presentations and public speaking.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Skills in another 1-2 languages of our support languages (e.g. German, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish).
