In this role you will new features and concepts in Pearls Peril, one of the most successful Hidden Object game on iOS and Facebook. We are looking for a Game Designer and if you are looking for a place where the game that you contribute to is actually enjoyed by millions of people across the world and you want to work in a fun, friendly, exciting and dedicated team, then keep reading.
- You create new awesome features to improve monetization, economy in the game and user retention.
- Go from ideas to detailed concepts, test them with users and decide on their implementation.
- Create wireframe screens, mockups and user flows for new product features and content.
- Analyze game data and KPIs, turn it into actionable advice and implement changes or new features.
- Perform systematic a/b tests (split testing).
Who we are looking for
- We are looking for someone who has worked as a Game Designer on a successful live game.
- You should have experience and a track record of feature design that you can proudly show us.
- You must possess a good understanding of Game Economies and have experience of balancing live games with many moving parts.
- You must possess a good technical background, you should thoroughly understand all of the components that make a game work, so if something breaks you know where to look first
- And last but by no means least you have to have a strong understanding of analytics. You need to be able to deep dive into data to understand why certain things are happening and make suggestions on how to change things based on hard data.
