About the job

In this role you will work on Pearls Peril one of the most successful Hidden Object game on iOS and Facebook. We are looking for a versatile, all-round Product Manager, someone who is well-versed in Game Design, the free-to-play business model, and Project Management.

• Owning and maintaining the product backlog and running Sprint Planning meetings for optimal efficiency.
• Responsible for iOS product roadmap and timeline to keep our tight deadline feasible.
• Generating ideas for iOS exclusive features that make the games viral, engaging and highly monetizeable.
• Go from ideas to detailed concepts, test them with users and decide on their implementation.
• Ability to make features work across different platforms – iOS and Flash, testing them with users and conducting usability tests.
• Defining, measuring and analyzing KPIs and deriving changes & actions.
• Constantly optimizing the game for even more virality, engagement and monetization.
• Regularly updating and optimizing our App Store presence.

 

Who we are looking for

• You are a very versatile professional: You have a creative mindset, good logical and analytical capabilities, very good soft skills, you think from a user’s point of view and you stay organized under pressure with too much to do.
• Experience in product management in a web or games company with focus on mobile and iOS; experience as a game designer or producer in the games industry is a plus.
• Advanced English language skills.
• A good understanding of web and iOS technologies.
• Passion for mobile products and games.
• Desire to create best-of-breed mobile games.
