Description
Take ownership of creating beautiful designs and frictionless user experiences for our product used by millions of users worldwide. Make your visions a reality and transform the way millions of people collaborate or create the magic of developing software. This job will give you tons of exposure to the design and product development process as you concept, design, and deliver current and future applications and web sites. You’ll be our trusted designer amongst bright peers of product managers, engineers, and testers who will look to you to guide them in creating harmonious user experiences and design.   More about you You have a passion for elegant design, are a star at bringing in the technologies across design, and know all the current trends in HTML, CSS and JS, and agile environments. You are driven to get stuff done and don't shy away from sharing your voice and vision, especially when its to improve the user experience for customers. You love working on teams and are the curious type--great at finding solutions to technical problems and constantly learning---nothing holds you back (in fact you love the challenge). And with all that passion and delivering amazing quality, you’re still able to go fast, which means killer instincts when it comes to the workload and using your time wisely. You’ll learn a lot, but you’ll also need to be able to stand up for your own ideas when the time comes.   More about our team   In one of our design team off-sites, we attended 'Circus Training' where we learned to juggle and fly on a trapeze. It was intimidating for some of us, but we wanted to push ourselves outside of our comfort zone and not be afraid to fail. We are constantly growing, learning, adapting and trying new things. You’ll be joining a team that is crazy smart and very direct. We challenge each other constantly to improve our work and ask hard questions. We're dedicated to agile methodology and big believers in 'lean', which means we don’t do documentation for documentation's sake. We also know all too well the importance of validating assumptions about users and use various types of testing to prove ourselves right (or wrong).
