OVERVIEW
As Recruitment Officer Intern you collaborate with the Recruitment Manager. You are looking for a challenging experience in a dynamic environment, we are waiting for you !
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop search strategies with the Recruitment Manager (mapping, designation of hunting fields)
- Identify in line profiles with our open jobs (sourcing on job boards and social medias, direct sourcing)
- Source and select candidates through phone screen, interviews and background checks
- Schedule all the interviews
- Handle the organisation of some tests (technical and marketing contents
- Advise and provide feedback to candidates along the recruitment proces
- Participate with the Manager to follow all the applications
- Write and post online job offers for France and International needs
- Update and develop the data base
- Manage some administrative tasks relative to HR department
- Think about the global reflexion relative to our brand employment (action plan and implementation) and our communication tools such as our Social network pages and our career pages…
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally you come from a Business School
- Fluent in English
- You have a first experience/internship as Recruitment Officer on executive search firm or a firm
- You have an interest for human relations and very good communication skills
- Knowledge of Web/Digital environment is a plus
- You are proactive and come up with new ideas
- You are organised and independent
- You are able to express an opinion, to exchange and share your experience
