Director - Community Marketing
We’re looking for an experienced Community Marketer who will lead the strategy to generate word of mouth and community engagement about Prezi around the world. You will own Prezi’s global network of education evangelists, brand ambassadors, product experts, and presentation trainers.
This position provides a unique opportunity to accelerate our grassroots movement and drive evangelism of the Prezi brand. Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement a consistent community marketing strategy to enable person-to-person contact for Prezi users that reflects brand strategy and character
Develop strategy to promote virality on a global scale
Identify areas to increase conversion to paid users via Prezi's ecosystem of people around the world
Engage the Prezi community to promote user-to-user idea sharing and communities
Identify and implement partnerships with major events and conferences to introduce Prezi to our target consumer
Develop and implement strategic approach to make Prezi to platform of choice at key conferences where we can reach target users
Oversee team of education ambassadors
Build out and manage team of accessible Prezi experts
Key Experiences:
5-10 years of marketing experience, with focus on managing massive communities, events, field marketing and evangelism programs
Prior experience running a community or retention program at scale
Savvy and passionate about brands, with a track record of driving bottoms-up adoption and engagement
Skilled at setting priorities
Goals and metrics driven
Proven ability to independently manage and motivate a geographically dispersed team remotely, while handling many moving parts and events.
