Industry Programs Operations Lead
The Industry Alliances Team is responsible for crafting and executing our strategy and approach to specific vertical areas including Healthcare & Life Sciences, Media & Entertainment, Nonprofits, CPG/Retail, and Legal to create better leadership and relevance in the markets that we're going after. The Industries Team will combine domain expertise and go-to-market strategies to deliver our horizontal solution in industry specific ways. The team will drive strategic partnerships, add domain expertise to our marketing and sales efforts, and quarterback cross-functional efforts to ensure go-to-market success in each key vertical. Your role will be to design and implement scalable processes and operational oversight to support the Industry Alliance’s initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic projects for Industry Leads by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, providing collateral and training for relevant groups, trackROI, and provide data-driven recommendations to the team
- Facilitate the process of project selection, prioritization, implementation and tracking
- Provide transparency into each project’s status by producing dashboards and/or detailed status reports
- Contribute to driving strategy for the team, down to specific ideas for current programs and processes
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with both internal teams and external partners
- Achieve actionable results for the Industry Alliance Team through motivating and engaging key stakeholders
Requirements
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong process orientation and mindset
- The ability to apply a linear, logical thinking style to break down and solve difficult problems, with experience in strategy consulting a plus
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions
- Keen business judgement, with deep understanding of business operations at a SaaS company highly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify value in an unstructured situation
- The highest levels of integrity and an unwavering sense of what is best for the business
- Emotional intelligence, with flexible working styles and excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization
- The ability to give and receive constructive criticism
- Leadership and the ability to inspire others to achieve a common objective
- 4+ years of operational or consulting experience
- Degree from top university, MBA a plus
