YOU HAVE
- 2+ years experience in a Test/QA capacity
- Exceptional game/software testing and communication skills
- Experience researching and writing up detailed bugs that aid developers in quickly finding and fixing in-game issues
- Strong time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Experience designing, documenting and executing logically structured manual tests
- An unmatched eye for quality, and an eagerness to jump into in-development games to find issues and proactively drive their resolutions
- Familiarity with the Lumosity product
- Degree in Computer Science or related field/experience
- Experience developing, launching, and supporting games on Web & Mobile
- Experience in automated testing
- Familiarity with both iOS and Android
- Strong understanding of development practices, coding, and software architecture
YOU WILL
- Partner with discipline leads to prioritize testing efforts across all in-development projects
- Report on the QA status for in-development projects
- Be accountable for testing early and testing well to ensure projects can be completed on time and with high quality
- Test on iOS, Android, and web
- Work with the development teams to automate testing
- Be awesome, and have fun doing it!
