YOU WILL
- Serve as Scrum coach for several of Lumosity’s product development teams
- Balance the needs of the product owner and the development team
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework, adapting it as needed to fit Lumosity’s needs
- Challenge product teams to continuously improve using all the tools provided by Scrum
- Remove roadblocks and cross-team dependencies
- Shield the development team from interruptions
- Explain the value of Scrum to the Product Teams
YOU HAVE
- 1+ years of Scrum Master experience
- The ability to understand technical concepts, customer needs and business objectives, and evaluate tradeoffs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience developing new Scrum teams (a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management information systems, computer sciences or related discipline
