YOU WILL
- Formulate UX strategy to bring big ideas to life
- Play a key role in defining product roadmap
- Work closely and collaboratively with product managers, other product designers, developers, data scientists, copywriters, and user researchers
- Conduct user research and/or usability analysis to understand our audience
YOU HAVE
- 4+ years experience designing experiences and shipping product
- Passion for product design/innovation (and expertise to go with it)
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- An innate curiosity about how people interact with each other and with a product
- Ability to distill user insights to guide direction for the product
