YOU ARE

    • At-cause - you take ownership for the work you do and stand behind its quality; your goal is to become THE expert on the regions and marketing channels that you manage for Lumosity
    • Reasonable - you can synthesize external and internal data and team feedback to develop coherent roadmaps and test plans for growing our user base

YOU WILL

    • Perform deep analysis of marketing spend across various channels (display, search, TV, radio, print, etc.) to learn and identify the most effective strategies
    • Apply a proven advertising playbook to new markets and marketing channels in hopes of growing them quickly and efficiently based on what we've learned in the past
    • Build relationships with agencies, publishers, and networks across the globe to refine our understanding of what tactics work in which places, and act on those findings through placing ad buys and managing tests
    • Weigh in on advertising creative based on test data, cultural attitudes, and national regulations
    • Share your learnings by leading meetings with executives and product managers
    • Work in teams within an intimate, blindingly fast startup environment and wear many hats

YOU HAVE

    • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, math or business-related field
    • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, product management, user acquisition marketing or similar fields 
    • Experience analyzing data and arriving at actionable recommendations
    • Experience managing personal relationships with vendors or clients
    • Deep interest in working for and learning about consumer internet companies
