We are looking for a talented, business-minded SFDC ninja to join our Sales Operations team, to help us continue on our successful journey.

The right candidate has deep technical experience in all the capabilities and functionalities of the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform. And a proven track record in driving the innovative use of Salesforce.com as a productivity tool and business platform.

The System Administrator will configure and maintain the Salesforce application to ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions to meet the business needs for the entire organization. Responsibilities include building the necessary interface and tools to develop and support existing and new applications and integration requirements.

Some of the stuff you’ll be responsible for:
  • Administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, custom applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, dashboards, reports, etc.
  • Development on the force.com platform using APEX and Visualforce to accomplish and solve for complex business problems
  • Interface with the end users to understand feature requirements and/ or address support issues.
  • Independently carry out development, unit testing, QA, implementation, documentation, and updates to Salesforce.com
  • Act as escalation point for incidents related to the Salesforce platform and associated integrations
  • Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce and other supported platforms
  • Support change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and update existing applications
  • Execute large scale customer data improvement projects
Skills and experience needed to do the job:
  • 3+ years experience performing administration of Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally.
  • Salesforce.com Administrative Certification (201 & 211); Service Cloud Certification preferred
  • Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, & database schema is required
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills
  • Strong business and technical acumen
  • Ability to develop and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex classes, & triggers is a major plus
  • Expert with Excel and able to demonstrate by using advanced formulas, vlookups and creating and maintaining pivot tables
  • Proficient with DataLoader and/or other relevant administration tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System
