[Deezer] Ad Sales Manager France


RESPONSIBILITIES

- The Ad Sales Manager will support the Ad Sales strategy, evangelize & sell Deezer Advertising Solutions (Display, Audio, Video, Special Operations/Event)
- Quickly understands the business issues/needs and find Advertising Solutions in collaboration with the sponsorship team
- Find “out of the frame” solutions: evaluate opportunities for new Advertising Solutions, identification of risks, analyze financial data with other department
Coordination with International Team, the local offices (Country Manager) and with the Headquarters

REQUIREMENTS

- 4 years Higher Education (after A Level)
- 3+ years experience in Marketing & Sales
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills  to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
- Sales experience and realization
- Proven track record in performing well in a fast paced environment 
- Previous experience in digital (entertainment is a plus) & offline media (radio experience will be much appreciated)
- Excellent communication and writing skills at corporate level
- Ability to achieve objectives & commitments (qualitative & quantitative) set in a changing & competitive environment
- Analytical and understands financial business linkage
- Highly organized
- Proactive and independent thinking
